Music has always been a huge part of Johns life and he would have never guessed where he would end up. Creating the thing he loved the most! At a young age John Brokos was very interested in clashing songs together of different genres. Taking Grateful Dead music and mixing in Heavy rock songs. Growing up going to shows, John always was focused on the artist themselves and observed what they were doing. He was so entertained by what someone could do up on a stage and get so many people moving at the same time. Inspired by artists like Tech N9ne, Bassnectar, Devvon Terrell and the Grateful Dead, John had a huge variety of music in his head and he listened to what the artists where saying, and that was to keep pushing for what you love and it will eventually pay off. With that inspiration, he graduated high school and joined a small booking company called Afton Booking. He did shows with artist like Kung Fu Vampire and Dirtbag Dan and played at venues like The Roxy Theatre and even Cervantes Other Side and Masterpiece ballroom. Since 2017 Brokosis has gone a new route and started getting his own shows. In the first few months Brokosis has since done shows with Darrien Safron, PoundGame Addison, Sam Lachow, Twisted Insane, and Locksmith!
